Sheltered by the Medina walls, Villa de l’Ô is located at a few meters from the beach, the souks, and at the doors of the Essaouira golf court. This charming guesthouse enjoys the use of an unobstructed view on the Essaouira bay, the port and Mogador Island.
XVIIIth century Riad, Villa de l’Ô was entirely renovated in 2008 preserving the period construction. The architectural spirit of Villa de l’Ô is given by the subtle alchemy between stone, sculpted wood, and the quivering of the beautifully made fabrics.Refined, the modern decoration of the house combines the oriental and colonial spirits, without forgetting the most modern facilities and technologies.

12 rooms and suites combine comfort, luxe and intimacy. Each one is a unique place, a perfect interface between Orient trends and Occident lusts. Some overlook the Essaouira bay with a majestic view on Mogador Island, the other ones plunge you into more intimist atmospheres inviting in romanticism and travel.
“L’Ôasis” is our central patio where our guests meet to have a drink or relax a while in a blessing of light, vegetation and water. Harmoniously distributed around the patio, various atmospheres decline through our two lounges “l’Ôracle” and “l’Ôbène”. Relax in a deep sofa, around a chimney fire for reading books or having a chess game.

Our Spa, “l’Ôsmose”, is a wellness and a sensual discovery invitation. Alone or accompanied, stop the course of time for a session of hammam and oriental treatments. Oriental music and aromatic oils, let Sanda’s professional hands take you away the time of a world massage. Relaxing session on “LÔxygène”, our terrace, on a deckchair at the edge of the Jacuzzi or with a glass at the sunset.

Beyond the elegance and the sensual delight of places, welcome and service are the watchwords of your guesthouse Villa de l’Ô. Céline Collière and her team will guide you in a warm and convivial atmosphere to organize your culinary, cultural and sport activities, so that your stay in Essaouira will be unforgettable. In 2008 the municipality of Essaouira had vote a new taxes called Taxes of stay. Villa de l’Ô is classify on 1st category so the taxes of stay is 3 euros per night and per person and the taxes of touristic promotion is 1 euro per night and per person. From now, Villa de l’Ô will charge the client 4 euros per night and per person.
