Riad Due : A mix of tradition and boldness
Located in the souks district of the ancient medina of Marrakesh, and designed by its Italian owner Giovanna Cinel, the Riad Due is the result of a fusion between the modern and traditional styles of the riads.
Built around an elegant patio with a small swimming pool, riad Due has a surface of 350 m2, and is composed of a luxury room (Kamal), a junior suite (Samir) and two suites (Abdel and Zan).
All rooms are equipped with a system of heating and with air conditioning. You will find water, flowers, candles, fruits and a safe in each one.
On the ground floor, you will enter a patio with pleasant dimensions. Then, you will find a 9m2 small swimming pool, palm trees, a b’hou for breakfast and dinner, the Junior Suite and another suite.
A Library with books of art and architecture is on the first floor, as well as a second suite and the Luxury room.
Finally, staircases lead you on one of the highest panoramic terraces of the medina.The idleness is guaranteed by the Moroccan lounge, and by a space for dinners on deckchairs.
For the comfort and the peace of mind of its guests, the riad only proposes its table to its customers. The room service is at your disposal 12 hours a day.
It is possible to have a massage inside of your room or on the terrace with a treatment with Nectarome products.
Finally, an internet access is free all over the house.

Moroccan riads ‘guesthouses’ have to collect 2 taxes upon their guests:
- Tourism Promotion Tax (TPT): the amount of the tax depends on the riad category, 11.00 dirhams per people per night for Riad Due. That tax is collected by the riads and integrally put back into Morocco National Tourist Office.
- City Tax (from January 2008): like the hotels and restaurants, ‘guesthouses’ must now collect the City tax. The amount of the City tax is 15.00 dirhams per people (older than 12 y-o) and per night for Riad Due.
Reservation and cancellation policies of the riad
Cancellations made within 4-8 weeks before the confirmed arrival date : 30 % of total projected room charges will be charged to the clients credit card.
Cancellations made within 2-4 weeks before the confirmed arrival date : 50% of total projected room charges will be charged to the clients credit card.
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of confirmed arrival date : 100% of total projected room charges will be charged to the clients credit card.
