How can I make a reservation ?

Step 1: Availability search

By using the search engine situated on the right side of the website, all you have to do is to select the city in which you would like to stay, to enter the dates of your stay, and to click on “search”.

Then, we indicate, for the dates of your stay, the various properties:

  • Available for immediate booking
  • Available on request
Step 2-1: Immediate booking:

When the property is indicated as “available for immediate booking”, it means that there’s at least one room available for your entire stay and that the owner accepts your reservation. By clicking on “booking information” (green button situated on the right of the screen), you reach the selected property’s page. We indicate then which rooms are available and the daily cost for the requested dates.

You just have to select the room(s) that you wish to book, by ticking the box (es) on the right side of the room(s), and to click on “confirm my booking”.

The reservation process contains 3 stages and requires 3 minutes.

Your booking will be confirmed when you will have validated your information and when the 15% guarantee deposit will have been successfully charged on your credit card (valid until your arrival date).

The reservation number that appears on the confirmation screen must be carefully kept; it is the reference that will allow us to access if necessary to your file.

You will receive your reservation confirmation by E-mail, to be presented at your arrival at the property.

This reservation confirmation contains a recap of your booking, including all the information concerning the property in which you will stay. You have to present it at your arrival at the property.

Step 2-2: Reservation on request

When the property is indicated as “available on request” , this means that the property’s availability cannot be immediately guaranteed.

Indeed, several rooms can be available but you must have the owner’s agreement to confirm your booking.

You just have to click on “reservation request” to directly communicate with the property.

Select the room(s) you are interested in, by ticking the box(es) situated on the right of the room(s) , and then to click on “send my request”.

You will then be able to send a message to the property to know the availabilities, ask for more precisions about or ask more questions in order to organize your stay.

You will be informed of the reply by E-mail and will then have the possibility to :

  • Confirm a booking
  • Send another message to the property
  • Modify the dates of your request
  • Ask, if necessary, for an extension of the 24-hour option
However, if no room is available for your stay in the selected property, our reservation department will transmit to you a list of properties available for the requested period.


How much does this service cost ?

This service is entirely free of charge. The prices of the rooms indicated on our website are those that the property itself applies. You will not pay any additional fee by booking on our website.

In order to secure your booking, we charge, on your credit card, a guarantee deposit of 15%. The remaining amount due to the property matches the remaining 85% and will have to be paid to the property during your stay.

The guarantee deposit is deducted of the total amount of the booking; this is not an additional fee.

Total amount of the booking = cost of the room(s) per night * number of nights.

Guarantee deposit = 15% of the total amount of the booking (to be paid by credit card).

Remaining amount due to the property = 85% of the total amount of the booking (To be paid to the property).


Do I have to pay the guarantee deposit immediately ?

Yes. The guarantee deposit is charged on your credit card during the reservation confirmation and allows to bring to the property a sufficient guarantee on the reliability of the booking.


Do I have to use a credit card to book ?

Yes. Only the bookings made with a valid credit card will be achieved. The credit cards used during the reservation must be valid until the arrival date to the property.


Is it safe to give my credit card details during the reservation process ?

Yes. Riadsdeluxe.com uses secured server in which all information is confidentially kept once it is registered through our website.

Riadsdeluxe.com processes credit cards through its partner Paybox: Secured platform processing electronic payments.

Paybox supplies a secure interface and the information is encrypted. The information concerning credit card details are never transmitted by E-mail, because the electronic mails are not a secured way of communication.


How do I modify my reservation? (Dates, number of room changes ...) ?

For every booking modification, it is necessary to contact Riadsdeluxe.com reservation department:

How do I cancel a reservation ?

To cancel a reservation, you have to log in to the “My reservations” section which is accessible on the right part of www.riadsdeluxe.com homepage.

You just have to login to the page of your reservation, by using your reservation number (indicated on your reservation confirmation) and the E-mail address used during the reservation confirmation.

On the page of your reservation, a “cancel my reservation” button allows to proceed to the cancellation of your booking. You will then receive the cancellation confirmation by E-mail.


Is there a cancellation fee ?

Yes. Riadsdeluxe.com charges cancellation fees as follows:

  • 5 euros for every cancellation confirmed at least 15 days before the beginning date of the stay (the guarantee deposit minus 5 €uros is then refunded to your credit card)
  • If the cancellation is made in less than 15 days from the beginning date of the stay, Riadsdeluxe.com will keep the entire amount of the guarantee deposit.

NB: The reservation cancellations are also submitted to the properties’ cancellation policies (accepted during the reservation confirmation). It is your responsibility to be informed of the cost generated by your cancellations and to legally reimburse every debt due to the property.

NB2: Most of the credit card companies insure the expenses generated when the cancellation of a touristic product is due to a case of Force Majeure.


Can I send the owner additional information ?

Yes. The additional information will have to be written in the “message to the property” section of the reservation form.

I you have specific requests after the booking was made, you can directly contact the property’s owner (The telephone number and the E-mail address are indicated in the reservation confirmation E-mail).


Which services are included in my reservation ?

You can consult the services included in the price of the room(s) in the “additional services” field in the page of each property.


How many stars do the properties on riadsdeluxe.com have ?

There is no official classification for tourist accommodations in Morocco.

However, the Hotels and Riads we propose on this website can be considered as 4 or 5 stars European properties in terms of comfort and quality of the service provided.


Is it necessary to have a passport to go to Morocco ?

A valid passport is indeed compulsory to enter the Moroccan territory whatever your originate country is.

In most of the cases, a visa is not compulsory for a touristic journey. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to verify the administrative formalities necessary to enter the Moroccan territory. You can find all the relevant information on the Foreign Office website of your country.
